Stephanie

Hi, my name is Stephanie. I usually live in Richmond, Virginia, but I’m in Tennessee for college. My friends would describe me as sweet, adventurous, clean, studious, and independent.

I am a full-time student, and my schedule is relatively busy from 8-5 during the week. I’m usually in bed by 11:30 and up by 7. On the weekends, when I’m not working, I’m usually asleep by 1am and up around 10. I’ll be home most nights, other then on the holidays, then I usually drive home.

I can be a social person, but I also need some alone time. I am open to the idea of my roommates hosting small parties - I would just like to know about these ahead of time. I’m also open to get to know each other; we don’t have to be best friends, but I would like to do things like casually watching tv shows or eating meals together on the occasion.

I like the common living spaces pretty clean. I always make sure to clean up after myself (as in putting my things away, doing my dishes, and maintaining the public spaces organized). I’m open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized.

My monthly budget is $600 and I’m looking to move in August 2023. I’m hoping to find a place near Ooltewah. I would like my own bedroom and bathroom if possible.

Here are some quirks and relevant information: I’m really bothered by unclean spaces. So if you’re the type of person to leave clothes/trash everywhere, or dishes in the sink for more than a day, we might not be the best fit. I’m allergic to cats, or a lot of fur/dust. I’m not a smoker and I don’t want to live with smokers.
