Hi, I’m Candy, and I’m looking to rent a room with private bath. I’m quiet and friendly, but I keep to myself mostly. I need a QUIET AND CLEAN place to live to keep my sanity in check. Yes, I have a sweet, but playfuI kitty who is litter box trained and I keep it clean daily so there’s never a smell. I stay home mostly (binge watching Netflix), and I almost never have guests (my home is my sanctuary). Looking to find a place to call and consider home for long term. I love music. I’m almost always listening to it, but only turn it up when I’m alone out of respect for other people. I like going to concerts, or dive bars for the live music. I’m definitely a homebody,and enjoy and need my me time. My rent has never been late, no evictions, or broken leases. I have great credit, and never been in trouble with the law. I can afford $700 without utilities, or $800 with. It’s a strict budget that I have to go by. Also, 420 friendly, mostly for medical reasons. So I’m hoping to find a 420 friendly space to live.
