Aloha! I’m looking for a place to live and sticking to a budget which I can explain if you need to know more, but I’ve always paid on time whether all in one payment or two within the month (can pay a little more if it’s the right place).

Currently, it looks like I will need a place 6 months or longer. Looking for a temporary place as I will be moving in with a friend once he has things situated, and I would be able to give you a heads up on that probably one to two months in advance. I enjoy coffee/wine so if you’d like to meet first that’s completely fine. I love animals (especially dogs but I currently do not have a pet).

I enjoy going out, hiking, working out including boxing, and site seeing. I clean up after myself and help out if you need it.

I work remote during the weekday (been with my company 2 years now) and already have my own desk, but if it’s too big I’ll figure out storage for it unless there’s a way to utilize it like a side table. Working towards a better position that I’ll be taking classes for through my company, but I can’t start until beginning of the year, so trying to get situated beforehand.

Only furniture I have are 2 nice long deep sofas (smoke free because I don’t smoke), the desk, mid size outdoor freezer chest, and a dresser with a mirror (only pets aloud on the sofas are dogs if it’s covered).
