I’m 56. I went out on an early retirement do to medical reasons. I’m on SSDI with very low income. At this time, I can only afford $650 a month. My budget is not negotiable at this time. Feb 3 is when I am prepared to move in. I live only with Olivia * my 15 yr old kitty😻 My children are all adults out on their own a long time. Olivia is spayed, declawed, and very friendly. Due to a past trauma, she hasn’t been able yet to be around other animals, so she would stay in my bedroom. I have been introducing her to other animals that would be potential friends with a slow, well structured, loving approach on all ends to hopefully make new friends by getting her to face her fears. I’m polite, friendly, responsible, helpful and very clean. I’m respectful of others and their possessions & privacy and expect the same… I don’t do drugs AND drama..I do NOT want to be around people who do, so please be honest and respectful and DON’T respond back if you do… Appreciate you….
