From Southern California, but lived in Arvada 2011-2018, so I’m quiet familiar with CO. I’m a pretty social person and can get along well with others. I don’t smoke or drink, but don’t mind being around others who do. If you have large groups of friends over every weekend, I don’t think we’d be a good fit. I’m just trying to get an idea of my options right now. This is a temporary relocation for me due to job placement, the contract is 6 months but can extend depending on the outcome.
