Im looking for a potential roommate this April to get a 2-3bed 2 bath appartment, private bathrooms is a must as I like to keep my space well kept. I’m active duty Air Force so would like to stay near South Gate/woodman or Rockrimmon area. Flexible Budget of around 1400 and ideally looking for something newer/higher end, big enough so we each have our privacy, and in a safe or gated community . Looking for someone who’s laid back and very clean/organized and values a well cared for home. I have a couch, Tv plus stand, and various other furniture already as well. I’m super easy going, don’t really party or drink but I’m always open to having people over whenever. I have a girlfriend who would be staying over at times as well. I spend most of my free time gaming or at the gym so if you’re into either of those then we’ll get along great.
