Hello,

My name is Kerry. I am a healthy semi-retired 64 year old veteran with a 6.5lb (Chihuahua) companion that goes by the name of Ponyboy. We have been together for going on 10 years now, he’s been house broken for about that same amount of time and is not the stereotypical Chi. He’s not a barker or nipper. I work at J&W Hardware in Etters a few days a week to augment my income. I also like to exercise at least 5 mornings a week, sometimes 6.

I have been in the area for 4 plus years. The first place Ponyboy and I stayed for close to three years until the folks I rented from in Lewisberry relocated to Missouri. The place we’re at now at Reeser’s Summit will be 1.5 years at the end of the month. My mom is at an assisted living, memory care facility in Mechanicsburg, and that is why we are back here in PA. She is 89.

I have great credit and references from the past and current landlord/s as well as my employer. The reason I am looking to find a new place is mainly due to the cost of the place I am at now. The master bedroom and private bath are more than my needs require. I am on good terms with my current landlord and am paid up thru the end of this month.
