LOOKING FOR Temp roommate (minimum 2 months) up to 12 months. I recently was approved for homes through a corporation but the roommate bailed out. My application won’t go through on its own as my credit is only fair. I need someone with a 650 or better credit score and then we can CHOOSE ANY HOME on their list. I will provide the name of the company for you to search once we connect. I’m open to any area but definitely want to get as big as we can for the price. I can pay up to $1800 before utilities. From what I see so far, that means a roommate would be paying less than $1000 with utilities (depends on how much those are, of course). I have an at home business and my 2 kids would share a room. I’m an EXCELLENT COOK, too!! Even if only for a few months, I can then take over once I’m working my business again. Prefer female but as long as you’re responsible and not cringe, we can make it work, I hope. Need this ASAP as my current app is almost expired and then I’d have to pay again. Hope this works!!!
