I’m a generally quiet person, very easy to work with and friendly. I’m clean and tidy, conscientious of others and always pick up after myself in shared spaces. I do have a cat, but she’s super friendly once she gets comfortable with a new space. Work from home in medical device engineering, and I have a car, so parking would be nice. Somewhat flexible move in date, preferably as late August as possible so I don’t need to lose too much rent over the summer (current lease ends 8/31), but possibly July. I like to cook and bake, don’t smoke anything, drink a lot of coffee and the occasional glass of wine/cocktail, and enjoy reading, hiking and walking around town, going out dancing or chatting at a pub etc., playing video games and watching movies. Ultimately I’m a bit of a nerd, originally from Michigan.
