Me and a friend are currently looking at a townhome to rent. The location were most likely choosing is with a 3br. So were looking for a 3rd person. I work 2pm-1030pm M-F and he works days nearly everyday(I really don’t know his schedule but hes gone a lot). If you have another location in mind we’re open to suggestions. I assume rent and utilities at the current location is $900. Female or Male is fine as long as you’re okay with pets(I intend to get a small cat or dog) and can be fairly respectful with each others food/belongings. We’re both quiet individuals who like to relax and have fun on weekends by going rock climbing/out to eat/conventions/ exploring dallas. Both of us are Single with no kids.
