. I am quiet, well mannered, very clean and respectful. I am a friendly guy, but I value personal space and respect other’s privacy. Pets are cool, but I don’t have any of my own. I mostly keep to myself bc of my busy schedule. I work full time as a Family Assistant, also a 2nd job at a local restaurant. I have 2 mid days off a week, but am usually off with friends or family on those days. I have great references from my prior landlords and most importantly- I am extremely responsible and timely, early on rent and other bills.
