One of my current roommates is relocating, looking for a third. It is a house with an additional parking spot on the driveway, so nobody would have to move their cars when leaving. The third roommate would have their own bathroom, an office, and a bedroom. Laundry is in house as well. House is dated, but functional. Rent would be about $850 plus utilities. Currently the two of us guys are in our mid to late twenties and are very casual people. The house is about 10min from I-85 and in the triangle between GA20, I-85, and GA316.
