I’m quiet, clean and respectful of housemates in a co-living situation. I don’t smoke. I have a mellow personality and positive energy. I’ve been a nomadic worker for a few years and am comfortable sharing spaces. I pay rent on time – always. I work from my residence during normal business hours, typically the bedroom – conducting Zoom calls with customers for my research job. I like early bedtimes and I wake up early too. My intention is to buy property in Hudson Valley region of NY, so my weekends will be spent out looking at towns and communities to possibly buy something when the right place presents itself. I love cooking, hiking, yoga, journaling, reading and making new friends. Looking for an easy and drama-free living situation for about 9 months. I’m currently in Austin, TX and driving to NY at the end of February to be in place by March 1st.
