Looking to rent a newly remodeled 2-3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms mobile home, apt, or regular home in Burton, Flint, Saginaw, or surrounding cities within a 40 miles. Would love a roommate to help ease the burden of expenses.

A home listed for $1k or less per month would be an ideal price range for me. Looking for 12 month lease.

We’d split rent and applicable utilities (water, gas, electric, heat, WiFi), and other deposit fees associated. $500-$600/month per person. Combined incomes would need to be 3xs the rent.

Move-in date: before March 1st.

I’m a mid 20s female with no pets, no children, drug-free, drama-free. Due to my occupation, I cannot room with someone who smokes marijuanna. Unfortunately, I have a cat allergy. I am a responsible, clean, and unbothersome tenant. Preference for someone with similar qualities.
