I’m looking for a place closer to my work in Scripps Ranch. I keep my things tidy and do my best to clean up after myself. I’m also a quiet person so no worries about my being a loud roommate. I get along with most people I meet, I don’t really smoke much but won’t care if roommates do. I’m afab but identify as genderfluid (lgbtqia+ friendly is a must). I work full time in the week (from about 8 am to 6 pm) and have off on weekends.
