Looking for a room opening Jan of 2024. Hello. I’m currently living in Colorado but I will be relocating the beginning of the new year. Anywhere in DE could work depending upon the situation, but Kent or Sussex county would be best.

I’m easy an going, courteous, respectful, neat and orderly guy who likes to have a laugh and a good time. I personally don’t drink but I don’t care if others do. Weed is fine though. I am a Project Manager and Program Coordinator by trade. In the past I’ve worked in film and video. My hobbies include being outdoors as much as possible, reading, occasional gaming, running, and hitting the gym when I can. I am also an avid music lover. I am also an animal lover but do not have any pets. I would consider one already living at the premises a bonus if it’s cool. Not much else to add. I pay my rent and bills on time and I’m pretty handy to have around if stuff needs fixed. I’m also a better than average cook. If you have any questions please just let me know.
