Ralph

Hi, My name is Ralph. I’m looking for a room while I find or build my home. It could take 6 months or more. I don’t need much - just access to a clean bathroom and a small bedroom. I don’t need cable, internet or anything more than basic use of electric for LED lighting and maybe a hot plate or mini microwave for cooking a bit. I have excellent credit - good personal and professional references and I am not picky about where I live so long as it’s fairly clean. I do have one black cat (“Truffles”) who is 8 years old, very well trained, relaxed and completely fine with staying in a single room if necessary for year. If cats are a deal-breaker, I can arrange for her care and get her back once I move on.
I’m a laid back, quiet, professional (Computer technology) with a good sense of humor. I enjoy helping people so if you ever need anything just ask. Fairly simple. :-)
