I live in Mahwah currently and the condo I live in is being sold . I have a 12 year old son who attends school in Waldwick and he has disabilities but he’s an amazing boy developmentally interested in 4-6 year old things .i am very clean . I can afford 1500-1800 depending on what kind of place we can get . I would prefer to stay in upper bergen county for my sons stability he will he with me half the week . I am very allergic to animals with dander :( but I have been living w a roomate who has a lab for year an making it work I would just prefer if there is a dog it’s hypo or very small .. no carpet would be ideal . I have a ton of furniture and things to fill a place as I lived in a home for 9 years before I had to leave a most of my stuff is in storage . I am super flexible non judgmental and conpasionate . I love comedy cooking an I’m trying to get back into exercise again since I quit nicotine a weed. I really don’t have a preference male or female but if you have a child would be great too .
