A friend and I have hunted down a 3 bed 2 bath 2 story house located in the Sloan’s Lake area. Rent will be close to about $990 a month. The room is on the main floor with a walk-thru closet and own bathroom. I have the listing posted as Lowell Blvd! You would only need to bring bedroom furniture as we’ll supply all the common area furniture!

A little bit about me. I’m 33 years old who loves outdoor recreation (so unique, I know), board games, Hallmark Christmas movies (for the corniness), animals, wellness and health, cooking, and artistic ventures. I work in Parks and Recreation doing outdoor recreation but have a regular work week mostly. I like my places clean but am not overly worried about a small mess here or there (we’re humans here). Really striving to having a calm place to come back to with people I can be friends with.

A few requirements we are looking for with roommates:

LGBTQ+ friendly. I have many friends in the community and would love to room with people who are open to the community.

Open to pets. The other person I’m rooming with is coming with 3 pets (cat and 2 dogs). Because of our space, we’d like a roommate who doesn’t have a pet.

Somebody who is looking to create a community in the home. Not necessarily parties, but operated more like a realized family.
