Retired high school educator, steady retirement income (so I pay my rent before it’s due), 789 credit score/ID verified, background check ok, I don’t smoke, drink, or use drugs/marijuana, healthy lifestyle, early to bed/rise type, no kids, I have no pets but I’m dog friendly (no cats please), looking for apt/condo/house to share. I’m clean, responsible, lots of references (12 years at present address). I will not be home all the time as I stay with friends/family throughout Florida sometimes, and will be looking to work/volunteer part time. Looking for br/bath, kitchen/living area use. I’m more likely to be reading, studying, gym than socializing. Love dogs but please no cats. My typical day is early rising, yoga, exercise, errands, study, lunch out, afternoon nap, early to bed.
