Hello, my name is John and Maddy 🐶 and I are looking for a place(room) to rent. Maddy is trained and a really lovable girl. She’s great with people, kids and gets along with cats too. She gets along with some dogs, however I prefer she’s the only dog in the house. Maddy is my family, so whoever I’m rooming with must be 100% kind to animals and trustworthy when it comes to me, to allow her alone with you. I have no problems sending pictures of both myself and Maddy if requested too. I would also prefer talking on the phone prior to driving over there to look at the place. I think this makes the initial meet a lot easier and more comfortable. I’m easy to get along with and really stay to myself except when it comes to my immediate family and few closest friends, if I make new friends with the people I share the house with, that’s cool, if not and everyone just kind of does their own thing, well that’s okay too. I’m a HUGE Philly Sports Fan. I attend a lot of Eagles home games and my Pops and I have an annual tradition where we attend a Sixers game together. I’m of course a Phillies fan to and looking forward to another World Series run this season.
