Currently working full time, and another part time job. But will only work part time when school starts, and be a full time student. I will be pretty busy studying and in school so I might not be around or in the apartment much!

I do not smoke, only social drink and do not have any pets.
I do enjoy cooking and making food, so I would appreciate dividing kitchen and fridge space evenly.
An unfurnished room would be best, as I have furniture already!
My budget is 800-1200 per month, utilities included at a fixed rate.
When I’m not in school or at work, I love working out, cooking, hanging out with friends, watching movies, or shopping, and beauty things.
