Ready to move June 2026. Currently in a month to month situation, and move-in can be flex. Looking for a roomie in the Irvine area, preferably Woodbridge. It will be myself and my 10 year old son. He stays with me every other week. I work full time for an electrical installation company in Irvine. I am quiet and respectful of others spaces. But I’d love to be able to have open dialogue and friendly communication with a roomie. I also keep my areas clean and tidy, including dishes sweeping dusting etc. I hope you’re the same. My son is in 4th grade at Eastshore elementary. He’s a really good kid. He’s kind, sweet and goofy. We stay fairly busy with baseball and water polo, and traveling to the inland empire to visit grandparents. We both also love to watch movies, draw and paint, and play board games. We also love gardening, and spending time at the beach! Just looking for easy going nice people to room with. Honestly and openness is key. Thank you so much for reading! 🙂
