I’m originally from San Diego. However, I’m currently living in South San Jose. My Landlord is looking to sell the place I’m in now and looking to move downtown.

I run a private equity and consulting business with a partner of mine located in Chicago. So, I work remotely. However, I do travel often. I’m a very clean and organized individual. I have a full condo of furniture that can also be added to the residence if needed (King & Queen beds, 77in. TV, Coffee & Kitchen table, Full sized couch & love seat, along with plenty of art). All furniture is on the higher end of quality. Approximately 2-3 years of age. If available, storage in a garage or something comparable would be a HUGE PLUS!

Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors, dining out, Netflix binging, reading, and definitely watching and playing sports. Primarily football & baseball but always interested in all sports when playoffs are involved! I look forward to hearing from you…
