Hi my name’s Emily and I’m really need a place right now! I’m 23 years old and I work full time at a law firm and I’m also an artist. I’m really looking to for rent a place right now, im trying to leave my parents home so I can move in as soon as I can. Cleanliness is really important to me and I really believe in open communication to prevent any kind problems, I don’t like conflict of any kind. I’m not much of a party person, and I won’t play loud music. I don’t do drugs nor drink heavily. Because of my hours Monday-Friday 7:30 to 4:30 I’ll be gone most of the day, when im not at work I’m home painting or with my friends. I love animals and I’m open to being social and getting to my roommates! I’ve never rented a place before, this will be my first time, so ive never been evicted anywhere. I’m also quiet, chill and laid back.
