I would be a good roomate because I stay busy working, I like to keep things clean and I am not a partier. I am currently going through a divorce and am looking for a place to rent out until things are settled and I find my own place to buy. I do not want to rush that decision in this market. I am in the middle of changing careers due to breaking up, we own C&C Marine LLC together. I am currently in training to become a Pharmaceutical Rep. I grew up in Bartonville and currently live in Argyle, so I was hoping to be able to stay around this area. Although I am switching career paths, I am able to afford rent with the money I have from the business, substitute teaching and I have an inheritance from loosing my father a couple years ago. The only thing that is going to be difficult is the fact that I have 2 cats. I am looking for someone who would be willing to let myself and my cats rent out a room without having to keep them locked up. I also have 9 chickens that lay eggs regularly, so if you live on land and would like free eggs I can bring them too. Otherwise I already have a friend in Argyle who is willing to let me keep them on her property. My mom also lives in Bartonville so I can keep them on her property as well.
