Feb 3rd move in

Hi,

I’m looking for 1 more roommate for a 3x3 apartment at Tessa Springs (~10 minutes from USF). These are brand new apartments as of August 2022. The rent would be ~$1,000/month when all expenses are added (internet, valet, trash, pest control, insurance, and shared utilities bill). The amenities include a gym, pool, clubhouse with ping pong table, grill, etc. Parking is free but the reserved slots are probably all taken (never caused a problem). Apartment is furnished other than 3rd bedroom. We keep the AC 68 or below at night and 74 during the day. The place is pet friendly but it will cost you $400 downpayment and an extra $25/month.

A little about me: I graduated USF May of last year with a degree in Finance and have since been working at E*TRADE full time. I am a tennis junkie and love to get out there and play for 2-3 hours when I can. I also am a diehard NY Jets/Mets fan and watch some NY Islanders games as well. When I’m not playing tennis or going golfing, you can find me at the bar or hanging out at the beach with a margarita. Also, figured I’d mention that my cooking gets a lot of compliments.
