I am a 61 year old black male looking for a room to rent I smoke cigarettes but never in my house I work 5days a week 7a.m. till 5p.m. On the weekend I usually lay back and rr I don’t go out much I have a 7 year old daughter that will probably come stay with me on some weekends she is my heart and very courteous I am a very clean individual and will be willing to help out anyway I can I can cook and I am a pit master on the pit right now I’m looking for a 3 month lease so I can get the feel of my environment by then we can negotiate if we are comfortable with each other
