Hello! I’m seeking a room or someone to team up with to find a place. Looking to move anytime within the next 1-2 months but can move ASAP as soon as I find the right housemates and the right place. Other artists would be great!

I’m kind, friendly and respectful. I enjoy music, movies, art, reading, biking, and exploring the outdoors. I have dinner guests occasionally but never bring the party home. Non-smoker, no pets. Sorry but I’m allergic to cats! I’ve never been late on rent and have great credit. I’m pretty quiet but am also a deep sleeper so noise doesn’t bother me.

Beacon, Wappingers, and Poughkeepsie are preferred but I’d consider other towns too.
