I am looking for a room for rent or a studio apartment, starting October 1st or mid october 2023. I work full time at an architectural office in downtown Boston. I am also a full time Architecture Student at the Boston Architectural College. I have two cats, and I am looking for a per friendly apartment. They are indoor only and house trained. My budget is $1800 a month for Studio or $1500 for a nice room for rent. In my spare time, I like to do art, writing, enjoying a nice park, bakery or the night life. I’m pretty easy going and can get along with most personalities or house rules if any. I am also willing to keep my cats in my room. Please feel to reach out if I seem like a good match!
