Hi I’m Jada! I’m from Fairfax, VA. I’m looking to find a roommate to move into a 2 bedroom/2bath condo with. Im very friendly, outgoing, funny, (if I do say so myself), and pretty quiet. I do love to go out, but I’m a huge homebody at heart so In my free time I like to stay in, unless something is planned. I’m a pharmacy technician part-time so the days I work is variable. During the week, I’m usually in bed by 10:00 PM. On the weekends it’s whenever I end up falling asleep (lol). I’m a pretty social person but I also need my alone time. I want my house to be a place where I feel most relaxed and comfortable so I would like if it was pretty quiet and where I can have someone over on occasion, but not a place that’s constantly full of people. Also if you do have someone come over I would like to know ahead of time as I would do the same. Some non-negotiables common living spaces must stay clean. I don’t like keeping dishes in the sink so I find it best to just do them a soon as possible just to avoid a pile (I hate doing dishes too, but it’s all about upkeep). I’m the type of person that just cleans up after themselves, but I’m open to a cleaning schedule if necessary. My monthly budget is $700 and I don’t really have a set date to move but probably around the end of the year. I would like my own bedroom and bathroom so I’m willing to adjust my budget a little. I would like to live with another girl/girls around the same age as me.
