Coming back up from a divorce and have my 12 yr old son who means everything to me. He comes with every other weekend. (He’s not a crazy little boy, lol, He is very respectful and mostly keeps to himself). I drink socially, no drugs and no drama. Quiet and very respectful but like to have fun too. Have to move from my last place after a couple of years but had a great arrangement with my last. I can do chores around house, cooking, cleaning, yard work, construction….even detailing.
