I am a queer trans man looking for a room or roommates available starting Dec 13th-15th. My max budget is $1200/mo for rent only, or $1300/mo if utilities are included. I have a well-paying job, great credit score, and excellent rental history. Ideally I would prefer a month-to-month lease term, but can do up to a 6 month lease.

As a roommate, I am all about clear communication and respecting boundaries! Let’s sit down and make a roommate agreement about chores, guests, etc before we move in, with potential to modify later as needed by mutual agreement. I would prefer a roommate situation where we’re also friends, but it is not a deal-breaker. I clean up after myself and mind my own business. My dog Lulu is a documented ESA (emotional support animal), so she will not contribute to any landlord-mandated pet limit. She is a very sweet 10 year old mutt with a wiggle butt! She almost never barks and is good with cats, dogs, and children.
