My name is Josh, I am looking for a room in Charlotte. I’m a 26 year old student so I go to school during the week, and work weekends. I make good money where I work so I’m more than capable of keeping up my end of the rent. I usually keep to myself and enjoy keeping a quiet home environment but I also enjoy going out with friends and being social on occasion. I’m also a bit of a clean freak so I can’t live in a dirty house, one of my biggest requirements is other roommates who are cleanly and maintain a clean living environment. I don’t smoke cannabis anymore, however I don’t have a problem with others smoking. I do smoke cigarettes, but I don’t agree with smoking inside so I only smoke outside. Also, I have an adorable chinchilla named Marmalade (marmar for short) but no other pets:)
