I’m a substitute school teacher who splits his time working between Oregon and Washington. Caring for 91 year old mom in WA. I have a son attending college in Corvallis, OR. I own a home in West Linn which I currently rent out and plan to move into when I no longer have care responsibilities in Washington. I’m currently renting a studio apartment in West Linn, but it is pricey and excess to my needs.
I need an inexpensive place to stay for the approximately four days a month I’m teaching in either West Linn or Oregon City and to maintain my Oregon residency for my son’s schooling. I’m quiet, clean and professional. I’m well traveled and get along well with others. I’m non-smoking would bring no pets. I also have my own furnishings including a mini fridge and microwave, so I can be self-contained and not require kitchen or common area access. Thanks for your consideration.
