Hello, I’m from Cali, but will be a full time nursing student (begin mid Jan) , looking for a room to rent (for long term 1 year ). I have rental history, looking to move in By Dec 15th or by Jan 1st. Unproblematic, and will be out the house most of time due to full l-time studies. Will be attending a grad program right in Mesa, and can provide references, application background check etc whatever is required/ needed. Hoping to room with working professionals. I don’t smoke or drink, no pets, and I’m a minimalist — don’t mine if others do, coming from cali with my vehicle , good vibes & lap top :-) Hoping to find a place!
