I am currently living in JP and working in Lynn as a special education teacher. I have lived with my partner for four years but am looking to rent a room or apartment from which it is easier to get to work from.

I am respectful of privacy, extremely tidy, proactive with cleaning, keep plants alive, and quiet. I also have the capacity to get along with almost anyone, so I could envision a roommate relationship in which we mostly live separately or get along as friends.

Would have no problem making on-time payments or passing a credit history check.
