I need to be totally upfront so I don’t waste anyone’s time. Going through a chapter 7 and getting divorced I don’t like being dramatic so I can leave the details out of it unless you need to know. However, anyone who pulls my credit can see it was perfect until a situation arose with my husband’s income. Even through the hard times, never have I been late on rent or my mortgage! I need a safe, open minded & happy fresh start. I am on permanent SSDI, so you won’t have to worry if I will have enough income coming in. I can be a quiet, reserved person or outgoing and great to talk to. Truly flexible. I am extremely clean and very good at cleaning! I won’t get in your way or bother you, unless you want me to LOL! In addition to stable monthly income (social security award letter) I have spousal support and I’m paid court ordered victim restitution. I would love to bring one of my small dogs, but if that is an issue, they will have to stay with my ex-husband. Buuuuut… I smoke, but I’ve never smoked in my home or in my car and would hope that I could smoke outside. I love to cook and think I’m pretty good at it🤗 l hope that there’s someone who would enjoy a nice meal to share every now and then. I have been sober for 12 years, but have no problem with other people drinking or using cannabis. I’m lgbtq-friendly and I’m just looking for a safe place where I can be myself and enjoy a new start in life. I can send pictures of my home so you can see how clean I am. Letters of recommendation if needed. I have all my own things for a room if it needs to be furnished, plus some beautiful things if you need anything for your home. At this time of my life, I’m going to accommodate to someone else’s requests as it is their home and I would be grateful to be part of a kind and open-minded household.
