I’m quiet, keep to myself, am cool with pretty much anything short of threatening or a hard-drug den, and am desperate enough to know not to screw this up. I’m a pleasant enough person to be around, love humor, I can cook and enjoy doing so, I’m a geek who’s big into video games, I like animals and am cool with whatever pets you have. I clean up after myself, especially if it’s a shared space I am dirtying. If a situation comes up that requires upmost privacy, you let me know and I’ll beat it for an hour or two. I’m a staunch LGBTQ+ ally, if that’s a concern of yours. My only stipulations are that 1.)I don’t babysit or pet-watch, those are your responsibilities, and 2.)other roommates pull their weight and clean up after themselves. Anything else is negotiable. Basically, if you need someone chill, quiet, and out of the way to help pay rent, I’m your guy.
