I am an older female, looking to share an apartment with another person, male or female, who is willing to split the bills and rent. I am not looking for a hook-up. I have two jobs in/near the IRL and I need to be near the bus stops to get there. I have a dog, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi who is loving and playful. I would prefer a 2br/2bath apartment, so each roomie is responsible for their own private bath. I’m young at heart, a reader and a walker, and I like to dine out occasionally.
