Hervin

I’m Hervin. My partner is Kevin. I’m originally from Cambridge, MA but we’ve been living in New Jersey for the past three years. My friends would describe me as easy-going, super friendly , analytical, and independent.

I’m a store manager for Verizon and I work a pretty normal 8 hrs schedule. During the time we are off, we are usually in bed relaxing, sleeping or outside. On the days we are off, we often stay home or get some air. In our free time, we like to spend our time outside, either at home relaxing or reading books or usually we might go out to see places.

‍We are pretty social people but we also need our alone time. We want the house to be a place where we can be comfortable , but not a place that is filthy, unorganized and unfriendly. We are open to the idea of our roommates hosting small parties - I would just like to know about these ahead of time. I’m down to get to know each other; I’m not saying we have to be best friends, but I would like to do things like once a while.

We like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. We do our dishes every day and put away our belongings when we get home from work. I’m open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized.

Our monthly budget is $1000 or it depends and I’m looking to move in the beginning of December. I’m hoping to find a neighborhood that is quite and not to loud. I would like to have our own bedroom, and I’m open to live with about 1-4 people approximately. If the bedrooms are sized differently enough to justify different prices, I’m happy staying in the larger or smaller room.
