Hello there, I’m new to Santa Barbara/Ventura County, but not the Central Coast. Have spent the better part of 20 years living in San Luis Obispo, but moving to the area to work in Oxnard. I am looking to rent a room. The age of the other housemates isn’t an issue, but I am a working professional, so raging keggers till 2AM on a Monday night likely wouldn’t work.

Other than that; I’m pretty chill, active, very clean, social, don’t cook very much, not a party animal. Can’t really think of much else at this point.
