I’m clean, quiet, replace what I use or buy my own things if it’s not shared. I have great renter reviews and stay in touch with old roommates. I enjoy making the house feel like a home and creating a team environment. I dont smoke, no illegal drugs and I drink maybe a glass or two of wine a week. I request that in a roommate, as well.

Now down to business: I like to pay bills a few days early so there’s never any need to ask each other about it monthly. Personal life is typically outside of the home and private so there’s no issues with noise or random house guests or someone staying over constantly that isn’t contributing. I’m very upfront and will even outline what we expect and agree to in a written agreement so there’s no take-backsies. 😁

Interests: travel, foodie, wine, music, beach, ALL THE GOOD VIBES, Saddleback Church online or the Daily Hope app. Anything that is good for the heart and mind.

My dog is super sweet, trained to not bark, hypoallergenic & does not shed. I have an ESA for him and renters insurance already.

Goals: to workout more/eat less meat/learn to cook Arabic food!/find a house to rent. Live life simply with a few bursts of sparkle here and there. ♥️
