Yawa

My name is Yawa. Me and my Mother are in search of a basement apartment to rent. We are currently renting a house, but wish to downsize. We are both friendly, kind, respectful, quiet, honest, neat and on time with bills. We have been long time renters and always seem to have developed “family” like relationships wherever we are. We both work. We are in search of a comfortable, clean space where we can feel right at home (within our designated personal space).
