Hey there! I am an executive/remote worker for hallmark channel. I only have to come into Manhattan once in a while, as we are “remote first” some weeks more than others based on work commitments/events. I am looking for somebody who would be willing to have me spending time there occasionally, but also will need to receive mail there. Im a mature professional who works at 53rd St. between third and fourth Avenue. just to reiterate this would be a perfect scenario for somebody who’s looking for a roommate but would love to have their place pretty much to themselves most of the time :-). I live in New Jersey-and go often to North Carolina. I have 1 small dog who is a service dog-so allowed anywhere-but most likely will not be w/me the majority of the time!
