Im a pretty easy going person. Primarily looking for someplace with internet access where I can do some remote work 2 days a week ( i work full time but have some remote days). And to have someone to keep my stuff and sleep 4-5 days a week. Other than for work, sleep and to cook some food I likely wont even be around that much. I always pay my rent on my time (if not early) and think I do a pretty good job of respecting others peoples space and definitely with keeping common areas clean.
