No drama individual, I can either keep to myself or be social depending on what is desired. I will be working from home most days until I find local employment after the move (this may or may not involve working from home as well depending). I will most likely pay the electric bill and Internet bill myself as I have high requirements for power consumption and Internet download speeds.

I have my own server and office domain setup on my computer system as I am looking to start a business. My server is operating almost all of the time minus certain periods of maintenance, so it sucks a couple hundred dollars of consumption. A 15x15 room is desired. that wasy I can fit my bed, desk and livingroom space in my one room.
