Hello my name is Nick Im looking for one or multiple people to rent out an apartment/house together. I’ll be working two jobs one i currently work at blooming onion and the other will be at Weiler or buck hill falls. I have to wait till i relocate to work at buck hill or Weiler, but i have talked to management and both have assured me I have a secure position whenever im ready. depending on which offer i decide to take i will roughly bring home 40-45k annually.

I’m a responsible clean dude very respectful of boundaries. very quiet like to play games and draw in my free time. Will mostly only be home to sleep as I work 10-12 hours a day. i have a medical card to smoke for my anxiety if it bothers you i can refrain from smoking inside. I will also be more then happy to bring home food for you once in awhile from work. I love pets and dont mind them as long as you take care of them and the lease allows it. Age, gender, race, or orientation don’t mater to me I’m just looking for an affordable place to live. Just be kind, clean, and responsible.

I’m Looking for someone who is more interested in a longer term arrangement. 1-2 years at least. id like to live close to the cresco, mt pocono ,swiftwater area. if we are to split things down the middle I would prefer my individual monthly contribution not be more then $800-$900. ideally I would like to move by early spring.
