Howdy!

The name’s Wesley. I am an animated individual who is looking to start the next phase of his life. I am a Presbyterian Christian, Gamer, Cosplayer, and 3d printing nerd.

I admit I am an eccentric guy. Full of energy when you chat me up and honest to a fault. Fully aware that my personality my work very well or not well with people; be sure to schedule an interview over the phone so you can hear me yourself.

What I am looking for,

->$1,000 Rent with utilities and other expenses included is my limit. Please don’t contact me with significantly more expensive offers lest I get into Rent Burden territory.

->Homes between and within 20 minutes drive to El Cajon and/or Downtown San Diego are what I am aiming for. Fall semester at San Diego City College is gonna be rough for me with my new job; so, the shorter the drive, the more sleep I get during the week.

->Ideally I would rent a room in a Christian household. I am a practicing Christian. Growing in the faith is a priority for me.

For the pluses, I have never had a alcoholic beverage in my life and plan to keep it that way(ask me why). Am a non-smoker, non-cannabis user, non-partyer, prefer to keep my areas clean and organized, and the food I cook smells good.
