Hey there, I’m Patrick, looking for a room to rent or to go halves on an apartment/ house for a year. I enjoy keeping to myself, I spend my free time blogging and promoting and gaming and I love being able to work for myself. Covid did a number on me as far as finances go. I was a sous chef at a restaurant at the time and just got the position, so I didn’t get a chance to reap the rewards and the business shutdown shortly thereafter. I have bad credit and have been working to get it up so I can get approved for an apartment. I moved to NJ to care for my mother, and she passed. My lease is up on my current apartment Oct 31st ‘22, and I really wouldn’t mind doing some chores and a place to sleep instead of my car this winter. If I need to, I can get a job around where I’ll move too, I have a clean background and clean DMV record, so that’s not an issue. All I need is a friend and we can go halves on an apartment, or I can pay you for a room for a year. I do coursework online for marketing. I am a mature man and don’t have my stuff together to well from poor past decisions with my financial situation. I ’ll always have my rent on time and if you need things done around the house or apartment let me know I am very handy!
